ПЕРЕМЫСЛОВ Игорь Александрович Artist – Restorer, Collector

Was born on May 15th, 1968 in Kharkov (Ukraine, USSR). Living and working in the USA, Phoenix, Arizona.

Dr. Peremislov is an Honored Foreign Member of the Russian Academy of Arts (since 2016), Doctor of Business Administration (PhD-DBA, business administration, international marketing and management, Argosy University & Business School, Chicago & Phoenix), Professor, and Bachelor of the Natural Sciences (Tel Aviv Jewish Open University, Israel).

Scientific and Exhibition Projects:
 He is professionally engaged in collecting and restoring of antiques, silverware, antique jewelry, and some collectible dishware. The main areas of the research are the European (Antique German, British, Spanish, Italian, and French), Russian pre-Revolutionary, Judaic silver, American and Colonial (early American), Japanese and Chinese (so-called “Chinese Export”) silver.
He was engaged in organizing of the antiquarian auctions in Israel and the USA. He participated in the museum-related projects in the USA, Germany, and England.

He is engaged in teaching and developing structures that support public interest to antique silver and philanthropy. He organized the project that dedicated to return of antique Russian silver, which was auctioned, to its historical homeland. This way, tens of rare jewelry and silver items were returned to Russia. He is developing and successfully introducing business models for exhibitions and auctions in the virtual and Internet environment in order to provide commercial and scientific interest to antiques and collecting of art. He has organized investment projects that preserved silver products from melting, this way hundreds of antique items were saved and preserved.
