The Russian Academy Of Arts

The Russian Academy of Arts within the All-Russian Creative and Educational Project “Academicians – to Young Artists and Scientists” timed to the Year of Teacher and Tutor has organized a master class “The Golden Myriads of Nizhny Novgorod Crafts”, that will take place on October 26, 2023 at 14.00 in the Apple Hall of the Museum and Exhibition Complex of the Russian Academy of Arts (19 Prechistenka street, Moscow). The artists from the Nizhny Novgorod Region will present their crafts, show the step-by-step execution of the product and tell about the production techniques.

 

The Program includes the following master classes:

 

-KHOKHLOMSKAYA PAINTING – Nadezhda A. Lushina; Nickolai A. Guschin;

-BALAKHNA LACE – Galina A. Kotova;

-GORODETS PAINTING - Natalia S. Privalovskaya;

-GORODETS GOLD EMBROIDERY - Olga Y. Kalyagina;

-KAZAKOVSKAYA FILIGREE – Boris I. Tupichkin;

-POLKHOV-MAIDAN PAINTING – Yulia S. Privalova;

-SEMYONOVSKAYA MATRYOSHKA (RUSSIAN DOLL) – Denis O. Korotkov;

-CHKALOVSKY GUIPURE – Natalia V. Kharlamova, Polina N. Sapsai
