The Russian Academy Of Arts

On August 29, 2023 in the huge Apple Hall of the Museum and Exhibition Complex of the Russian Academy of Arts (RAA) (19 Prechistenka street, Moscow) the President of the Russian Academy of Arts, People’s Artist of Russia Zurab Tsereteli gave a master class in painting for 60 young participants of the First Art Academy of Atomic cities. The event became part of the “Academicians – to Young Artists and Scientists” creative and educational project of the Russian Academy of Arts and provided a possibility to communicate with the renowned artist and watch him working at an easel. For the artist himself his regular master classes for children are very important, as Zurab Tsereteli strongly believes in the significant role of art in human life. This master class and presentation of diplomas to the children-participants finalized the All-Russian project under the concept “The Culture Territory of Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation”, organized by Rosenergoatom Concern, Non-Profit Organization “The Territory of Culture”, the Russian Academy of Arts, ROSIZO, the Moscow Museum of Modern Art, “MastART Gallery”, the Department of Culture, Sports and Youth Politics of the Administration of Udomly City District, Kalininskaya Nuclear Power Plant.
