THE VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN ACADEMY OF ARTS DMITRY SHVIDKOVSKY WAS AWARDED THE ORDER OF ALEXANDER NEVSKY

On November 19, 2021 the Order of Alexander Nevsky was presented to Dmitry Shvidkovsky, the Doctor of Art History, Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Arts, President of the Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences, Rector of the Moscow Institute of Architecture for his outstanding merits in the research and teaching activity, as well as many years of conscientious work. The award ceremony was held by the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Valery Falkov on the Day of the Higher School Teachers. The corresponding Decree on the Awarding of State Awards N 455 of the President of the Russian Federation was signed on August 6, 2021.

The Presidium of the Russian Academy of Arts, the Department of Art History and Art Criticism and the staff of the Russian Academy of Arts extend cordial congratulations to Dmitry Shvidkovsky on the high award and wish excellent health, creative inspiration and scientific discoveries.
