The Russian Academy Of Arts

The Russian Academy of Arts invites you to attend a cycle of seminars “Copyrights for Artworks. Their Use and Protection” by Konstantin V. Markov, Vice-President of the Creative Artists’ Union of Russia for Legal Problems, PhD in Law, Associate Professor of the Department for Art History of S. Stroganov Moscow State Academy of Arts and Industry, Member of the Moscow Regional  Collegium of Advocates.  Konstantin Markov specializes in the copyright and legal support to creative activity. Since 2004, he has been participating in working groups of the State Duma of the RF for developing draft legal projects, panel discussions and Parliamentary hearings relating to the legal support to creative activity.
