The exhibition in Aidan Gallery in Moscow features set designs produced by the People’s Artist of Russia and Azerbaijan, Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Arts, Laureate of the USSR State Prizes Tair Salakhov for the “One Thousand and One Nights” ballet by Fikret Amirov, which first night took place in the State Kremlin Palace last year.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia Polad BulBul Ogly, President of the Russian Academy of Arts Zurab Tsereteli, Secretary-General of the All-Russian Azerbaijan Congress Mickail Guseinov. They emphasized the unique skills of the renowned artist whose creative work is a heritage of Azerbaijani and Russian peoples.
