The Department of Art History and Art Criticism of the Russian Academy of Arts invites you to attend “The Genome of Contemporary Art” panel discussion that will take place on April 28, 2011 in the White Hall of the Russian Academy of Arts, 21 Prechistenka street, Moscow.

The discussion deals with the genome of contemporary art or, in other words, with the main properties, which shape the structures of our memory determining the peculiarities of the creative processes’ forms appeared in the last decades, as well as create the semantics and other features of the “language” of contemporary art trends in the third millennium.
