Tair Salakhov Has Been Elected An Honorary Academician of the International Academy of Culture and Art
On March 13, the People’s Artist of the USSR, the Russian Federation and Azerbaijan, Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Arts Tair Salakhov has been presented with the regalia of an Honorary Academician of the International Academy of Culture and Art in the Hall of Oecumenical Councils of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior in Moscow.
