Masterclass in Architecture by Victor Bulochnikov

On February 16, 2009 Victor Bulochnikov, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Arts, Chief Architect of the Central Council of the All-Russian Society for Protection of Monuments of History and Culture  gave a masterclass for students of the architecture faculty of V. Surikov Moscow State Art Institute.  

The preservation and restoration of the architectural and historical legacy is one of the priorities of modern Russian architecture. Victor Bulochnikov, whose creative work has been entirely devoted to the above problem, shared his experience in reconstruction of historical centers of old Russian cities and several architectural monuments, in particular a town-planning project for the center of the town of  Murom.
