The President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev decorated the Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Arts, Professor of I. Repin State St. Petersburg Academy Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture Andrei Mylnikov with the Order For Services to Motherland 4th Rank for his big contribution to the promotion of Russian Fine Arts. On February 22, 2009 the renowned artist marked his 90th anniversary.
