Order For Services to Motherland III Rank Was Awarded to Chairman of the Russian Artists’ Union
On September 15, 2008 at the Kremlin award ceremony President of the Russian Federation Dmitri Medvedev presented state awards to prominent people of Russia for achievements in their professional and public activity. Among them were officers, test pilots, stage directors, actors, figures of culture. The People’s Artist of USSR, Chairman of the Russian Artists’ Union, member of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Arts Valentine Sidorov was decorated with the Order for Services to Motherland III Rank.
