The Russian Academy Of Arts

The monument to the great Russian novelist Fyodor Dostoevsky sculpted by the People’s Artist of Russia, Full Member of the Russian Academy of Arts Michael Pereyaslavets will be unveiled in Tobolosk in Dostoevsky park near St. Peter and Paul’s Cathedral not far from the transit jail where he was pending his fate.

This is a second sculpture by the master installed in Tobolsk, the first one was dedicated to the Russian story-teller Peter Yershov.
