Annual Exhibition of Diploma Works by Graduates of I. Repin St. Petersburg State Academy Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture

The annual show of works by graduates of I. Repin St. Petersburg State Academy Institute at the Academy Museum in St. Petersburg is a long lasting tradition of this oldest art institute in Russia. It features diploma works of graduates of all the departments resulting from a six-year course of training at the Institute.

Easel and monumental paintings, religious and historic canvases, theater designs, book illustrations, lithographs, etchings, prints, water colors and pen and ink drawings, graphic sheets executed in gouache and tempera, sculptural works, designs of new architectural projects for St. Petersburg and its region, research papers of students of the department of art history – it is a far from a full list of exhibits at the annual show that is recognized by its high standards and every year is very popular with the public.
