All-Russian Conference on the Role of the Russian Academy of Arts in Promotion of Russian Fine Arts in Kirov Regional Art Museum
On November 26, 2007 Victor Vasnetsov and Apollinari Vasnetsov Regional Art Museum in Kirov hosted an All-Russian conference on the role of the Russian Academy of Arts in promotion of Russian Fine Arts commemorating its 250th anniversary.
Among the conference attendees was Deputy Head of the Kirov Regional Department for Culture and Arts Mr. Vladimir Boev.
