Year 2006 passes under the sign of the great Dutch painter Rembrandt Van Rijn. 400-th anniversary of his birthday was celebrated all over the world.
General Consulate of the Netherlands Kingdom in Saint-Petersburg and I.E.Repin Saint-Petersburg Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture announced a competition, dedicated to this event.
