On September 19, 2023 the Honorary Member of the Russian Academy of Arts, Professor of the Heihe University (China) Tsao Baiying is marking his 60^th jubilee.

 

The Presidium and the President of the Russian Academy of Arts Zurab Tsereteli have congratulated Prof. Tsao Baiying on his Jubilee. The Letter of Congratulations, in particular, runs:

      Professor, Doctor of History, for many years you have been studying various aspects and directions of Russian-Chinese relations. Your papers are dedicated to the research of ties between Russia and China in different historical periods. The city of Heihe on the bank of the Amur River is geographically closely connected with Blagoveshchensk. Working for the Heihe University. you are witnessing the development of these relations in many fields of life and have your own experience in cooperation with Russia. The Russian Academy of Arts highly appreciates your contribution to the study of the bilateral contacts, as well as the mutual influence of Russian and Chinese cultures both in the course of history and these days.
