The Russian Academy of Arts, Research Institute of Theory and History of Fine Arts, Rybinsk State History, Architecture and Art Museum-Preserve invite you to attend a presentation of the album-catalogue “Icons of “the Romanov Iconography”. Mysteries and Discoveries of the Forgotten Tradition” that will take place in the White Hall of the Russian Academy of Arts, 21 Prechistenka street, Moscow on February 15, 2012 at 3 pm.

A successor of the Yaroslavl icon painting, the Romanov icon flourished in the town of Romanovo-Borisoglebsk near Yaroslavl at the turn of the 19-20th century.
