Kirsan Ilyumzhinov Has Been Elected an Honorary Member of the Russian Academy of Arts
The regalia of an Honorary Member of the Russian Academy of Arts were presented to the Head of the Republic of Kalmykia, President of the World Chess Federation (FIDE) Kirsan Ilyumzhinov at the session of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Arts on April 13, 2010.
