The Research Institute of Theory and History of Fine Arts of the Russian Academy of Arts invites you to attend the research conference “The Contemporary Religious Art. Problems and Main Trends”, that will take place in the White Hall of the Russian Academy of Arts (21 Prechistenka street, Moscow) on May 18, 2023.
The Conference deals with main trends of the development of the late 20th – early 21st century religious art and urgent problems in recent practices of masters taking into account the customer’s requirements, as well as focuses on the lesser studied aspects of creativity of the leading modern icon-painters, sculptors and architects.
