Master Class of Zurab Tsereteli for Children from the Orphan Asylum

On March 11, 2016 in Tsereteli Art Gallery (19 Prechistenka street, Moscow) there was a master class in painting of the President of the Russian Academy of Arts Zurab Tsereteli for children of Orphan Asylum n17 (Moscow Center for Family Education “Harmony”).
Sixteen young artists from 6 to 19 years tried to learn the basics of painting and perfect their skills under the renowned artist and sculptor Zurab Tsereteli, as well as visited the exposition of the artist’s works in the Gallery. For Zurab Tsereteli his master classes are one of the most important areas of his activities. The artist is confident that art helps children realize their creative potential and for some people allows to break the circle of their loneliness. That is why of special care for Zurab Tsereteli are physically-challenged children, children from orphan asylums and children in need.
