The Russian Academy Of Arts

     The People’s Artist of USSR, head of the sculpture workshop of the Russian Academy of Arts Vladimir Tsygal has been awarded the Order “For Services to Motherland” of IV rank by the decree of President Vladimir Putin in recognition of his merits in fostering home fine arts and  his outstanding creative work.
