The Russian Academy Of Arts

On May 19, 2016 at the Russian Academy of Arts the Governor of the Altai Region Alexander Karlin had a working meeting with the President of the Russian Academy of Arts Zurab Tsereteli where they discussed prospects of cultural collaboration relating to the development of fine arts in Altai, in particular, the opening of a new building of the art museum in Barnaul.
