St. Petersburg. March 6. INTERFAX NORTH-WEST -  The ceremony of launching a decorative lighting for the building of the Russian Academy of Arts which houses I. Repin St. Petersburg State Academy Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture took place on Thursday.

The ceremony was attended  by St. Petersburg Governor Valentina Matvienko, representatives of management of Gazprom Oil company, President of the Russian Academy of Arts Zurab Tsereteli and Head of I. Repin St. Petersburg Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture Albert Charkin.  

The lighting for this outstanding monument of architecture has been dated for the 250th anniversary of the Russian Academy of Arts. It was executed by Lensvet St. Petersburg company under financial support  of Gazprom Oil company.
