Opening of Retrospective Display of Paintings by People’s Artist of USSR, Full Member of the Russian Academy of Arts Peter Ossovski in Vladikavkaz

Vladikavkaz, the capital of North Osetia-Alania hosts an exhibition of paintings by the People’s Artist of USSR, Full Member of the Russian Academy of Arts, Winner of USSR State Prizes Peter Ossovski. The 82-year old artist has dedicated the retrospective display to the land of the Alans,  motherland of his ancestors – the Vertepovs Cossacks.
The exhibition has been arranged under the auspices the Culture Ministry of North Osetia-Alania and the Russian Academy of Arts.
